Delete your Memrz account

Verify the phone number attached to your account, then permanently delete the account and its associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Verify and delete

For your protection, we verify account ownership before deletion.

What deletion removes

Your profile, verified phone association, and active sign-in sessions

Memories, conversations, entities, and search data

Photos, documents, voice recordings, and profile photo

Reminders, notifications, preferences, and registered devices

Active account data is removed immediately. Private file cleanup is durably queued and normally completes within minutes. Limited de-identified security or accounting records may be retained where necessary. Protected backup copies may remain temporarily until they expire under the backup lifecycle and are not returned to active service.

You can also delete your account in Memrz under Profile → Delete Account. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
